Applying to Woodside on the Move Afterschool Program 2022-2023:

General Information For Applications:

Woodside on the Move only accepts application in their entirety. Applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis. We do not reserve spots under any circumstances as this program is open to the entire Woodside community.

Per program guidelines participants are required to attend a minimum 3 days per week. Program will operate Monday-Friday from 2:30pm-5:30pm

Required documents:

  • Birth Certificate or Passport

  • Completed DYCD Beacon Application

  • Completed/ Valid Medical form

  • 2x2 passport size photo of applicant
