Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to P.S. 361Q, The Woodside Community School! It is my pleasure to welcome all of our new and returning families to the 2026–2027 school year!

As the Parent Coordinator, I am here to be a resource for families and to help connect you with our school and the Woodside community. My goal is to ensure that every family feels connected, informed, and supported throughout the school year.

I can assist families with:

• Understanding school policies, attendance, and NYCPS updates

• Addressing school questions, concerns, suggestions, or ideas

• Supporting new families with enrollment and orientation

• Connecting families with understanding about English Language Services, Special Education services and IEPs, NYC Kids RISE College Savings Program, and community resources

• Sharing family programs, workshops, upcoming events, and opportunities to get involved

Please know that my door is always open. If you have a question, concern, suggestion, or simply need help finding the right resource, please reach out—I am happy to help!

Throughout the year, I will share important updates, upcoming events, programs, and free family workshops through email, Remind, and letters sent home.
