Registration for Incoming Families

Dear Incoming PS 361Q Families,

We would like to support all families with the registration process. Once you have an appointment time with Ms. T. Zaman, Pupil Accounting Secretary, you will need to prepare documents for registration.

1-Check the registration checklist for documents to bring with you to the appointment.

2. You may print and complete registration forms. Download from the folder link below.
